Two research directions. One commitment to evidence.
Our research tools
Different questions. Careful interpretation.
Epibite brings together two related research efforts. Each has its own methods, outputs and stage of development.
01Local research workspace
Peptide–MHC research
Organize peptide libraries and HLA panels, review binding predictions, and export results with their provenance.
The Binding Portal workspace supports local research review. Scientific models produce the predictions; researchers assess what they mean for their specific question.
Peptide libraries and HLA panels
Binding prediction results and filters
Exports with model provenance
Local access. A public online application is not currently offered.
02Initial research programme
Supervised antibody discovery
Developing a workspace for source-linked evidence, reviewed computational work and clear research dossiers.
Our proposed platform would help scientists coordinate specialist software and keep predicted properties separate from measured results. The programme is at an initial stage.
Planned evidence organization
Planned computational workflow support
Scientific review of research decisions
No validated antibody candidate or therapeutic outcome is claimed.
Planned role for Claude
Support for the work around the science.
We plan to explore Claude for software development, evidence organization and drafting research summaries for human review.
Specialist scientific tools would remain responsible for their calculations. Researchers would review sources, computational outputs and conclusions.
These are intended workflows. We are not claiming a deployed Claude integration or verified usage figures.
Our approach
Keep the evidence in view.
A
Traceable outputs
Preserve sources, model context and the distinction between computational predictions and measurements.
B
Scientific review
Support research decisions with human judgment and appropriate validation.
C
Controlled disclosure
This overview describes our research scope. Proprietary processes and private research materials are not published here.
